don't change horses in midstream

We went to Şile last year for a seminar. It is very popular place especially in summer, because people who live in İstanbul prefer this place in weekends. Although we have been there in winter, it is compeletely beatiful and charming.
Actually sea can be the only reason that I like a place but Şile is historical and there are lots of local places.

It Does not matter, shopping is enough

First we went to light house, it is the third oldest light house in the world and then we were shopping many in local boutiques.

Sea is everything!

The reason that I like Şile so much, there is sea. Enormous see, awesome sea, deep blue sea. If I had lived in İstanbul, I would go Şile too often. Unfortunately, there is no place like Şile or sea near by Ankara. When I am really bored, I can just go out and walk.

global warming is a fact, i saw it :)

I have turtles for 8 years and they need warm water because of their biological characteristics. In the past, I paid attention this until the April, but now at the beginning of March it becomes warmer and they are happier than before.

Actually everyone knows that deodorants, fridges, air conditioners, and many of electronic machines affect global warming but no one takes care.

We are in February and just one time there is snow all this winter. When I was at elementary school, we weared 2 socks in order to avoid cold. This week my boats and coat is very unnecessary to me, I haven't even wear gloves too much.

Ancient people are always right

We have an adage suitable for this situation. "Mart kapıdan baktırır, kazma kürek yaktırır." It means Mart is too cold so if there is no kindling, you can stoke yor oars. (Some people translate this, "cast ne'er a clout till may is out" or "march comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb" )

I'll Give You All I Can...

Actually Valentine's Day is the less aspirational topic to write for me, it is not about my relationship, I just care few special days like birthdays and anniversaries.

Is it really a tradition?

On the other hand Valentine's Day is very very important for millions of people. They have prepared many days before the Valentine's Day, they create romantic surprises for having a perfect Valentine's Day with person who they in love. It is a tradition all over the world and tradition is very expensive mostly.
People are willing to pay lots of money and I think media and advertisements have a big role on this. The most innocent way of celebrating Valentine's Day is sending a card or flowers. Actually in 1800's, Esther Howland sent the first card and Valentine's Day became a trend in these years. Before 1800's, it was about Saint Valentine death. It is very dramatic, because she helped people who wants to marry, although it was forbidden.

Valentine's Day is for everyone, isn't it?

Valentine's Day is celebrated same ways mostly, but in Muslim Countries -like Arabia, Persia- it seems as a Christian tradition and usually people do not celebrate.

I think all these trends, gifts, traditions and stereotyped behaviours should not be important, celebrating freely is the best!

When Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone, he couldn't guess that it will be very popular in the future. According to Wikipedia, 'telos' means far, and 'phone' means sound in Ancient Greek so it is very meaningful combination as we thinks its functions.

Alexander found something in his confusion...

Firstly, Mr. Bell started to provide an opportunity for deaf people to hearing some sounds. He couldn't achieve this but he invented very important innovation and his first clause was 'Mr. Watson —Come here —I want to see you'
Some resources claims that ALO is abridgment of Graham's fiancee's name which is Alessandra Lolita Oswaldo and he has called out to ALO, whenever he talks.

It is very small but does it really good?

Today, it is like a mixture of every technological machinery. Phones can take photos, play musics, keep databases, use internet, calculate arithmatics, sound the alarms whenever we want and most importantly it is very small and we can take along all the time.

My grandpa is 78, and my little cousin is 7 both of them have cell phones and there are many of people like them. Yet more some people have 2 or 3 cell phones and it is very normal, because we connect many different people in a day. Especially, these types of phone users have 2 phones in order to separate their personal and business lifes.

Actually, I don't like using phone and I am a terrible cell phone user but my friends are crazy about this problem and I really try to get better :)

Hello,

Everything starts when I've talked to Selmin. Actually I wanted to take just 6 courses in this semester, but Selmin told me it is very exciting and different course from that we take in our faculty. Yes, it is an elective course for me and I am in Business Administration Faculty. I am a sophomore management student and I cannot guess how I will be a manager person, because everyone says to me 'you have a big potential of mother so you cannot manage this kind of stresful job and you should be a teacher at kindergarten or work in a voluntary service. Actually I don't like my faculty so much but it is very useful faculty for learning many different types of speciality.
